One of the University of Toronto's newer buildings, the Bahen Centre for Information Technology holds many interesting features and some history, despite being built recently.

Until late 2005, the 6th floor of the building was unfinished (see galleries below). There is also a 9th floor penthouse, with multiple HVAC units and large walk-in vents. Be aware of the fans in these vents; you really don't want to end up playing in one during operation. If the fans aren't running, though, the vents are really interesting to poke around in.
Be aware of staff in the building, however; custodial staff have been known to watch people closely and have ruined many good nights of exploring simply by milling about access areas to restricted parts of the building. The U of T police can also spoil a good night of exploring very quickly. Paranoid students, although much rarer, can do the same, so watch yourself. And don't think about trying any explorations during regular school hours; there are far to many people around to do anything.
Bahen is definetely worth it; with some effort and stealth, it isn't hard to get into the interesting areas, and there are more than enough of them for an interesting night of exploring. Just be sure you have a way to get in; at night, the building is resticted to students with their ID cards only. You'll need to get someone to swipe you into the building.
This gallery was taken about 2 or 3 months before the floor was completed and opened for use. The contractors wasted no time on finishing it up once they started.
